In the Human Relations department, around 150 people work on concepts, solutions and services for our employees at the OBI headquarters and stores. Our responsibilities range from payroll and personnel development to recruiting and training new employees. Our goal is to offer everyone at OBI a great workplace and to support them every step of the way on their OBI journey.

In Cologne and Wermelskirchen, we combine many functions under a single roof: from HR specialists to business partners and analysts, we have it all. We not only work closely with other HR functions, but also with the specialist departments. After all, we want to develop tailored, pragmatic solutions for our organization.
