Who we are

As a retail media company, we enable our partner companies to benefit from our unique customer insights and data from the DIY industry by offering data-based, intelligent and attractive marketing solutions. Our focus is on the marketing of data and insights as well as the conception of exclusive marketing concepts with placements in the OBI ecosystem and with our external media partners. The OBI First Media Group is made up of the areas of Partner Management (Consulting and Steering), Marketing, and Business & Offer Development.

How we work

We are always on the lookout for new marketing opportunities for our partners. In cooperation with colleagues from other OBI divisions – such as Marketing, Digital Commerce, and Customer Management & Insights –we develop new solutions for an optimal integration of online and offline activities. In this way, we create a 360-degree brand and product experience for our customers, and our partners benefit from their implementation in our constantly growing OBI ecosystem. We rely on collaborative tools like Slack and Figma for efficient and connected work in the office or on the go. Planning tools such as Husky, Trello or Pipedrive help us to keep track of all developments at all times.

With up to 1.5 million visitors to our online store every day and more than 400,000 sales receipts in our stores in Germany and Austria, we have an exceptional database in the DIY sector. Our linking of stationary and digital customer journeys enables us to understand customer signals and use them for our partners. The preparation of data in intuitive dashboards supports efficient and fact-based planning and decision making for our partners. You will help us to further optimize the data and insights package and develop new marketing products that deliver real value to our partners.

360-degree campaigns

In our marketing team, you will implement campaigns efficiently and creatively in cooperation with our partners. As an interface to our creative agency and the OBI colleagues in the various departments, you always keep an eye on the deadlines and ensure 360-degree campaign management from implementation to execution, and from optimization to reporting. In addition, you are internally involved in the development of new products in marketing and manage projects for process optimization.
